Nova Seals is the director of library services and archives. Seals specializes in research and information literacy instruction and assists with theater and musical productions. She believes that every encounter with knowledge is an opportunity for growth. She is passionate about learning and her research interests are knowledge acquisition; social epistemology, and aesthetics. Seals holds a bachelor’s degree in government from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, a master’s degree in American and New England studies from the University of Southern Maine, a master’s degree in library science from Simmons College and is a Ph.D. candidate in humanities at Salve Regina University.
