Elizabeth McGrath is the director of finance at St. George’s School. She holds a master’s of business administration degree and a bachelor’s of science degree in accounting from Providence College. McGrath is a CPA who worked in public accounting for more than six years prior to joining the school. She served as the School’s controller for several years before assuming the newly created director’s role in 2005. She currently oversees the accounting office and the school’s bookstore operations. In addition to her work at St. George’s, McGrath served as the chair of the Finance Council at her parish church and played a critical role in the financing and construction of a $6 million new church building.
