Vaccination
Vaccination is required for all attendees
Each registered attendee must have their vaccination card ready to present at check-in if you have not uploaded it in advance. Additionally, please do not come to campus if you are experiencing any symptoms.
Registration & Ticketing
Registration will be located in the Main Common Room of Old School on Friday, May 13, from 1-7 p.m. and Saturday May 14, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please note that due to capacity limits in our event spaces, online registration is now closed and on-site registration will not be allowed for additional attendees.
Please be aware that for those attending the Saturday night Gala, your name tag is your ticket and will be required for entry.
Guests under 21 will not be permitted.
Parking & Transportation
To accommodate the nearly 2,000 alumni, students, parents, faculty, staff and friends who will be on the Hilltop May 13-15, there will be no parking on campus. We have arranged shuttles from the Second Beach parking lot to the Front Circle every 5 minutes, please see the map and schedule below:

Saturday
8:30 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.

9 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
We encourage you to carpool, or take an Uber or taxi whenever possible. Please note, the Main Drive and the front circle are for drop off only. For pickup, rideshares and taxis should be directed to the ice rink parking lot.
This event is wheelchair accessible and will provide priority seating and transportation as needed. If you require accessibility accommodations, please email events@stgeorges.edu and we will be happy to make arrangements.

Attire for Events
Dress for events on campus is casual, with the exception of dinner on Saturday evening when coat and ties and cocktail attire is suggested. Please note that the Gala will be held on grass. Heels are not recommended.
