Dear Families,

With yet another snowstorm due to hit New England on Wednesday (what are the odds!?), this email outlines our revised plan for students' return from Spring Break.

Because of the timing of the storm, all classes, practices, and programs for Thursday are now cancelled. The new deadline for boarding students' return is 9 p.m. Thursday evening. The New York and Logan buses will run 24 hours later than originally planned (following the exact same schedule – just on Thursday as opposed to Wednesday). Eileen Douglas has also scheduled a Lands End Shuttle to pick up students at the Kingston Train Station on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. You must contact Eileen Douglas to reserve a spot.

We do understand that some students will arrive on Wednesday – which is fine! All dormitories will be open beginning Wednesday afternoon, and the dining hall will be open for all meals beginning with Wednesday lunch. We will also open the library and the fieldhouse on Thursday, so that any students here on campus will have activities available.

Please contact Eileen Douglas in the Dean's Office at (401) 842-6798 to discuss any travel issues. She will be available during office hours today, tomorrow, and Thursday. In addition, the Dean on Duty phone (401) 338-7013 is available 24/7 starting now.

As always, please know that our number one concern is keeping our students safe. If that requires some individualized support or attention, please feel free to be in touch with me, your student's advisor, or the Dean's Office.

Many thanks,
