Events begin on Friday

Registration will begin at 1 p.m. on Friday in the Main Common Room, Old School. A buffet dinner will be available in King Hall throughout the evening, from 5–7 p.m.

Please note that students are expected to remain on campus on Friday evening.

Families had the opportunity to schedule a meeting with their child's advisor, who will have the most up-to-date information on all aspects of their child's program. If you signed up to meet individually with your student's teachers and/or college counselors, you can view your schedule here.

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR A MEETING

1. When you log into the Parent Portal on Veracross you’ll see a button to click called 'Family Weekend Conference Sign Ups.

2. On the next page, you can make appointments based on the availability offered by your student’s teachers, coaches, and advisor.

3. After making all of your desired appointments, click the blue printer button for a list of the schedule with locations.

If no appointments match your schedule, or none remain due to other appointments, please email your child's advisor and set up a telephone conference for after the weekend. You will see all teachers in the Saturday morning program.

Please also note that while college counselors are available for in-person meetings during Family Weekend, parents are also welcome to reach out directly to their child's college counselor to set up a time outside of the busy weekend to have an in-depth discussion about their child's college process

Parking and Registration

Upon arrival to campus, please stop by the Main Common Room to pick up your information packet and name tag. Parking is available in the Lower Road Lot, the rink lot, and adjacent to South Field. (Campus Safety will assist families with parking in a designated area.)

Any boarding students who will take an overnight away from campus Saturday, Sunday, and/or Monday night(s) must complete a leave request in advance of the weekend. Additionally, a parent or guardian must approve all leave requests via the Reach electronic system.

There are no classes on Monday or Tuesday, Oct. 6-7. Varsity athletes are expected to return to campus for athletic practices by 3 p.m. on Tuesday. All remaining boarding students are expected back on campus by 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 7.
