Coach Dullea joined the St. George's basketball program as head coach in 2014. As a former college coach, Dullea emphasizes player development and running systems that get the ball moving quickly, especially in the transition game. Dullea attended Division II Saint Anselm College on a full basketball scholarship, captained the team, and earned MVP honors in her senior season (2004). After graduating, Dullea spent four years in the college coaching ranks at both Wesleyan University and the University of Chicago, where she was the head assistant coach and recruiting coordinator. The University of Chicago was ranked No.1 in the country while Dullea was there, and her staff was selected as the UAA Coaching Staff of the Year in the 2007-2008 season. Soon after entering into college coaching, Dullea realized she had a passion for player development and wanted to work with high school athletes to prepare them for the college game. Over the next two years, she was the director of both BasketBull and Northeast Elite Basketball, which specialized in exposure events. She then became the head coach at Worcester Academy from 2011-2014, turning the program around from a 4-17 season before she got there to a 20-4 season in her second year.
