Coaches

  • Program Director- Head Coach

Molly Dullea is a teacher in the Mathematics Department, head varsity girls’ basketball coach, and a dorm parent. Dullea currently teaches algebra II and geometry, and emphasizes real-world application of the topics discussed. Dullea has experience teaching in different settings, with both public and charter school experiences before coming to the Hilltop. Prior to her teaching career, Dullea was in the college basketball coaching ranks, having served as an assistant coach at both Wesleyan University and the University of Chicago. Additionally, she was the founder and director of Northeast Elite Basketball, an organization that helped develop young players while gaining them college exposure. Dullea holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Saint Anselm College and a master’s degree in social science from Wesleyan University.

  • Assistant Coach
Caitlyn “Caitie” Cotton holds the William S.R. Rogers ‘44 Chair in History and is the History Curriculum Coordinator within the Humanities Department. She teaches history, advises, serves as a dorm head in Old School, and is an assistant coach of the girls varsity basketball team. She earned her bachelor’s degree in history (with minors in chemistry and math) from New York University, a master’s in history from Boston College and, most recently, a master’s in education in teaching and learning from Harvard’s Graduate School of Education. In addition to her work on the Hilltop, she spends most of her summers in New Hampshire on the faculty at St. Paul’s School’s Advanced Studies Program. Outside of the classroom, she can be found reading, knitting, or finding a sunny spot to spend the day in Newport.
