Dahlia Rafael-Tirado was named a head coach for the South County Junior Volleyball club Women’s 15U team in 2022. Prior to South County, she assisted at Juanita Sanchez High School for the women’s and men’s volleyball teams. With over 12 years of volleyball expertise, she has played on 3 collegiate teams and has won two championships - NJCAA Region Champions at the Community College of RI and NECC D3 Champions at Southern Vermont College. Dahlia’s coaching approach is grounded in deep commitment to developing skills that help young athletes identify their strengths and weaknesses, improve on their fundamentals, and reinforce their love and passion for the game.

Olivia serves as an Assistant Athletic Director, stepped into the assistant volleyball coaching position and is head girls basketball coach. Prior to SG, Healy was the Operations Coordinator for the women's basketball program at Brown University for two years. Healy graduated from the University of Richmond in '16 with a degree in journalism where she played Division I basketball, and finished eligibility and earned her Master's at the University of New Hampshire in '18. Olivia was the 2013 Gatorade Player of the Year in Massachusetts for basketball, a Parade All-American, Miss. Espn.com Boston and a two-time Boston Herald Dream Team selection. Olivia holds the school records for boys and girls at Reading Memorial High School for most points scored in a game (42) and all-time scoring record at 1,897 career points.
