A Coeducational Boarding and Day School for Grades 9 Through 12

St. George's School

Welcome from the Admission Office

I am so excited that you are considering St. George’s School.
As a graduate of St. George’s, I have a unique understanding and passion for the school and its programs.

As a student I was inspired by my teachers and challenged by my coaches. The dorm parents provided support and structure, and in my advisor I found a friend and mentor for life. The relationships that a student builds during their time at St. George’s last a lifetime.

I hope that you will find all the answers to your questions here on the website, and I encourage you to fill out our online inquiry form to receive our viewbook in the mail. If you want to find out if St. George’s School is the right fit, we strongly encourage a campus visit.

My family and I look forward to welcoming you to our seaside campus and please don’t hesitate to contact the admission office if you have any questions.

Warmest regards,
Ryan Mulhern ‘91

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a typical school day like?
Four days a week our class day will begin at 8:30 a.m. and finish at 3:20 p.m. On Wednesdays and Saturdays we will have a half day of classes where our students then head to their afternoon activities.
Is getting admitted to St. George’s easier as a 9th or 10th grader?
The number of students who apply for each grade varies from year to year. We prefer that our applicants apply for the grade level that they believe will be the best fit for their academic abilities.
Do you offer scholarships?
We offer only need-based financial aid. However, we make special considerations for families who have an active-duty military parent. All families, domestic and international, who need financial assistance are encouraged to apply.
Which application should I submit?
We will accept the Gateway or SAO application. Apply now.
What is the timeline to submit an application?
The deadline for applications and Financial Aid forms is Jan. 15.
