How can I schedule a visit?

We are delighted to welcome admissions representatives to campus. During the fall trimester, we offer multiple visit times per day. For those who would like to offer interviews to St. George’s students, we request that you come in the evening. For evening visits, we welcome you to arrive at 6 p.m. and join one of our college counselors for dinner before holding your group information session and possible interviews. To schedule a visit, please contact our Office Coordinator, Sarah Fernandez at 401-842-6706.

What if I'm running late for a college visit?

Don't panic – please drive safely. Please call the College Office: 401-842-6706 or the Front Office: 401-847-7565 and let them know. They will get the information to us.

What if I'm missing forms?

Please call the College Office Assistant, Sarah Fernandez: 401-842-6706. She will either be able to help you or direct you to the student's college counselor.

Please note that we have our own Secondary School Report Form and Mid Year Grade Report Form. The Mid Year Grade Report Form is mailed at the end of January or early February.

What is the best way to get in touch with a student?

E-mail is generally the best way to contact a St. George’s student. We strongly suggest that you email the student (firstname_lastname@stgeorges.edu) and cc. it to the college counselor. If you do wish to speak to the student directly, please call the College Office: 401-842-6706 and we will get a message to the student.

Can we send you pamphlets or a viewbook?

In an effort to be eco-friendly, the College Counseling Office will no longer save hard copy information from colleges/universities. Thank you for helping us in this endeavor.
