Strategic Plan

Our goal is to develop this new strategic plan throughout the 2025-2026 school year and to present it to the Board of Trustees in Fall 2026.

Building on the transformational impact of the Our Horizon strategic plan, St. George’s is now in the midst of a yearlong process to develop its next multiyear plan that will define the school’s long-term goals and provide a roadmap to achieve them.

This initiative started in the summer of 2025, when our steering committee — composed of faculty, students, parents, alumni, and trustees — began to set our course for the work ahead. After a competitive proposal process, Ian Symmonds & Associates was chosen to partner with us to help facilitate this process.

Throughout the 2025-2026 school year, additional community members will be welcomed into the process through focus groups, surveys, and committee work.

Crafting a long-term strategic plan is a significant endeavor and we appreciate the involvement of so many to help create the blueprint for the school’s future.

We will continue to provide updates on our progress.
