Geronimo Captain

This position balances time on board Geronimo as Captain with time ashore supporting the program. During time on Geronimo, the captain will assure the safe operation of the vessel and lead the experiential program. Our programs focus on marine science, navigation, seamanship, and leadership. Some onshore duties include serving as the primary contact between the vessel and school, assisting with the student application process, meeting with students before and after they voyage, hiring professional crew, program development, planning maintenance, promoting the program and supporting the school as needed.

Technical Support Specialist
The Technical Support Specialist provides hardware and software support to the faculty, staff, and students of St. George’s School. Proficient in a vast variety of technologies ranging from PC and Mac to mobile solutions, the appropriate candidate must be a quick thinker, capable of managing several projects simultaneously. Efficient with troubleshooting while boasting exemplary customer service, the Technical Support Specialist is responsible for laptops, desktops, and machine imaging. The candidate will also assist in classroom technology implementations and network hardware upgrades.

Advancement Assistant

The Advancement Assistant, reporting to the Director of Advancement, will perform various and high-level administrative work directly supporting the Director of Advancement and office operations in all areas of the department which is responsible for all capital and annual fundraising, as well as alumni, parent and other constituent relations. The Advancement Assistant will stay well informed on the priorities, deadlines, advancement operations, and actively manage the prioritization of projects and tasks.
