|  | Meet the Admission Office James HamiltonDirector of Admission 401-842-6600 Jim arrived on the Hilltop in the summer of 2003 after six years in the admission and financial aid office of Brooks School. At Brooks, Jim coached the boys' varsity basketball team and also worked with the football and baseball teams. At SG, Jim serves as the Director of Admission. He also enjoys his role as a dorm faculty member in Wheeler, where he lives with his wife Lucy, their son TJ, daughter Cameron, son Jackson, and their dog Scout. Jim can often be seen cheering on the Dragons sports teams in each season. A 1991 graduate of The Roxbury Latin School, Jim holds a BA from Amherst College and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree from Wesleyan University. |
 Ryan MulhernSenior Associate Director of Admission Director of Financial Aid 401-842-6663 Ryan Mulhern has been at SG since 2000. He is the Senior Associate Director of Admission and Director of Financial Aid. He coaches the Varsity Boys Ice Hockey team and also the JV Football progam. He lives on campus in East dorm, with his wife Alyson, children Peyton, Shane, and Owen, and golden retriever Shadow. Ryan is a '91 graduate of St. George's. |
 Betsy LeslieAssociate Director of Admission 401-842-6702 Betsy Leslie came to St. George's in 1972, wife to a new faculty member- Steve Leslie. She finished up her last two years of her Biology degree at URI while also sharing dorm duty and various spousal duties then expected of faculty wives. She began teaching weaving in the art department in 1977. The Leslies' two kids, Becca and Emily, graduated from SG. In the early 80s Betsy moved into the admission department. In 1990 she started a mother/daughter project of raising dogs for the Guiding Eyes for the Blind. That commitment has continued through 8 more dogs, two litters and, most recently, her activities as the Area Coordinator for the RI puppy raiser group. She also picked up the responsibility of acting as coordinator for the school's Geronimo Program in 1990. 22 years of dorm duty, some work with a jv basketball team, some time spent with students pursuing horseback riding and a few years of leading the bell choir are evidence of her varied interests. Currently the bulk of her focus is working full time in the admission office, communicating daily with the Geronimo Program, or lifeguarding in the school's new pool. When time and circumstance allow, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dogs; kayaking;or hiking and camping in the mountains. |
 Krista PetersonAssociate Director of Admissions 401-842-6601 Krista Peterson has been an Admission Officer at St. George’s since 2004, when she arrived on the Hilltop with her husband, Eric, head of school, and the couple’s three sons: Sam '11, Jake and Will. Along with her admission responsibilities, Krista also is a dormitory parent in Astor and serves as a student advisor. Before St. George’s, Krista worked in both admissions and college counseling at several other independent schools, including Fessenden, Middlesex and Forsyth Country Day. |
 Julia SabourinAssociate Director of Admission 401-842-6704 Julia Sabourin has been at St. George's School since 1994. She is the Associate Director of Admission and coaches field hockey. She and her husband, Jonathan, have three daughters, Kathrin, Sarah and Emma and lives in Zane Dormitory. |
 Sarah DickAdmission Fellow 401-848-4033 Sarah Dick joined the Admission Office during the summer of 2011. Sarah graduated from Claremont McKenna College where she studied Art and played lacrosse. She coaches field hockey, ice hockey and lacrosse, lives with her dog Cheeto, and enjoys surfing in her free time. Sarah is a 2007 graduate of St. George’s. |
